I purchased a laptop at Best Buy about a month ago. I realized that they over sold me on computer protection and software installation. What started off as a $800 computer ended up costing me twice as much out the door. Then, the computer got a virus a month later. I brought it in for service, and now 4 weeks later it is still not fixed. Not happy.
